Cancellation & Refund Policy
Course Cancellation:
- You may request to cancel your enrollment in a course by contacting our customer support team. Please note
that cancellation requests must be made in writing and include your full name, course name, and enrollment
details.
- Depending on the timing of your cancellation request, different cancellation policies may apply:
- a. Early Cancellation: If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.
- b. Late Cancellation: If you cancel your enrollment after the course has started, no refund will be provided. Unless the case is determined to be exceptional. The determination of the same lies at the sole discretion of the shades of trades
Refund Eligibility:
-A full refund will be provided only if the cancellation request is made prior to the commencement of the
program. The same needs to be communicated to the Shades of Trades via written modes of communication.
- If the request is made post the course commencement, issuance of the refund would lie at the sole discretion
of the Shades of trades.
-The shades of trades may choose not to issue any refund, should the situation arise.
- The refund would be issued to the mode of payment that was used to make the payment
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer support team, including your full
name, course name, and enrollment details through whatsapp on 9812099390
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving a valid refund request.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during enrollment.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your
bank or credit card provider.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
a. Failure to attend or participate in the course.
b. Request for a refund made after the eligible refund period has expired.
c. Expulsion or termination of your access to the course due to violation of our code of conduct or terms and
conditions.
Course Modifications or Cancellation:
- The shades of trades reserves the right to modify or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified, and alternative options, such as rescheduling or a refund, will be provided.
